Welcome to Red Roof Studios

Our mission is to provide an online destination to showcase and sell artwork from Portuguese artists from all over the world, and our goal is to become the premier online destination to buy and sell art created by artists of Portuguese descent.

Being an artist is more about love of art than making a living.  Very few artists are able to sustain themselves purely on revenue from art sales.  Also, there are many, many Portuguese artists who struggle to find venues to showcase and sell their art, especially if the subjects of their art are not traditional Portuguese subjects.

Red Roof Studios believes that the world needs a place that exposes the wide range of unique, beautiful, captivating, unusual and one of a kind works of art created by talented artists of Portuguese descent.  And Red Roof Studios is the only online destination that exposes local, amateur Portuguese artists to the rest of the world.

Right now the medium of the artists featured is painting, but we are open to listing all forms of artwork – sculpture, photography, etc.
